XC3062 采用SOT23-6封裝，是一款完整的單節(jié)鋰電池充電器，自帶OVP=6.8V,VIN輸入耐壓30V ,BAT耐兼容大小500-600mA充電電流，采用涓流，恒流，恒壓控制，SOT23-6封裝與較少的外部元件數(shù)目使得XC3062成為便攜式應(yīng)用的理想選擇。XC3062可以適合USB電源和適配器電源工作。
XC3062采用了內(nèi)部PMOSFET架構(gòu)，加上防倒充電路，所以不需要外部檢測(cè)電阻器和隔離二極管。熱反饋可對(duì)充電電流進(jìn)行自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，以便在大功率操作或高環(huán)境溫度條件下對(duì)芯片溫度加以限制。充滿(mǎn)電壓4.2V，充電電流可通過(guò)一個(gè)電阻器進(jìn)行外部設(shè)置。當(dāng)電池達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)電壓后，充電電流將至設(shè)定值1/10，芯片將自動(dòng)終止充電。
當(dāng)輸入電壓（交流適配器或者USB電源）被拿掉時(shí)，XC3062自動(dòng)進(jìn)入一個(gè)低電流狀態(tài)，電流漏電流在1uA以下，XC3062的其他特點(diǎn)包括欠壓閉鎖，自動(dòng)再充電以及兩個(gè)用于指示充電狀態(tài)的引腳。
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The XC3062 Series is a complete constant
current & constant voltage linear charger for
single cell lithium-ion batteries. Its SOT23-6L
package and low external component counts
make the XC3062 Series ideally suited for
portable applications. Furthermore, the XC3062
Series is specifically designed to work within USB
power specifications.
No external sense resistor is needed, and no
blocking diode is required due to the internal
MOSFET architecture. The charge voltage is fixed
at 4.2V/4.3V/4.35V/4.4V, and the charge current
can be programmed externally with a single
resistor. The XC3062 Series automatically
terminates the charge cycle when the charge
current drops to 1/10 the programmed value after
the final float voltage is reached.
When the input supply (wall adapter or USB
supply) is removed, the XC3062 Series
automatically enters a low current state, dropping
the battery current to less than 2.5uA. The Under
voltage lockout, automatic recharge and two
status pins to indicate charge and charge
termination.
